My research has shown this:
Permitted work = under 16 hours for less than £97.50 (aware of other criteria).
Working Tax Credits = eligible if work over 16 hours with disability.
Jobseekers would require actively seeking more hours which isn't possible...

What is the general process of getting non-permitted space permitted? How long does it take? Cost? This was done in a workmanlike manner probably a long time ago.

Good news for old work permit holders....
Potentially helpful case for old work permit holders applying for ILR in particular not be appropriate in the case of a work permit holder who has never needed a certificate.
