When purchasing from a dealership, is there room for negotiation on the price? For instance if a 430 is up for £78k and your max budget was £75k would it be rude to make an offer? If not then what is a reasonable amount to negotiate?

Hi,
Can someone recommend SA / BMW dealership in the Bay Area? I still have a few issues to fix after first oil service almost 2 months ago. I think I do not deserve wonderful customer care at BMW of Mountain View.

I try to avoid BMW Stevens Creek as they're busy all the time, and SAs don't really a ride back to the dealership....
I live and work in South Bay easy to work with.
I had good experience with East Bay BMW (SA was Alan Elias at that time) .
