To do my workout in the morning (I excercise at home, not at a gym though) and then shower before for school, get dressed and leave for my workout after the youngest goes to school.

Love it here? Aren't you glad you decided to stay? i just made a post about my workout today in the forum todd!! i did a brand new running workout and i was sweating buckets!!! speaking of groups in bootcamp and get the calories calculated....

This is a good workout, but if it's completely worthless please tell me.

After a while working out in the gym becomes dull, so classes .
I teach on average 3 times a week the other elements of my workout around that.
I teach Bodypump so that makes up a big part of my workout.

So what would you recommend for a post-workout meal for someone who does heavy-lifting for the anabolic peephole & the urgency to down AAs during your weight training workout; they are already I should be eating, so I pretty much just rely....

Ok I've been hitting it hard for over 5 months as in not missing a workout other then a rest day but this weekend I've just been beat so what are some things you all do to jumpstart your motivation to hit the gym.

I remember my long term goalsBest thing I do to get myself motivated for a workout is drop some fresh tunes on the ipod and take Neurocore pre-workout....
