I won't consider this for the Japanese originals since I don't understand either the culture or the language, but occasionally with the English dubs I see voices that either perfectly match the character portrayed or make you go "What were they thinking...

The translators seem to love to skew lines in Key anime, and David Matranga has the emotion of a rock in the most emotional anime ever.
