Is it worth going to China on a school trip? So my school are holding a 9 day trip next year when i'll be 16.
We'll go to Beijing, Xi'an etc.. Great wall of China, Beijng Zoo and other norotious landmarks.
Only problem, it's £2000. My mum is fully up ...

The school should exercise some brains and have a trip back from a trip to China and thought it would be a good idea.
Will be bitterly disappointed.

At $58 a head, we're debating about the getting the park hopper for our next trip. We are a group of 6 so we are looking at almost $350. Is it worth it for a 5 day trip?

When staying it might be worth getting them park....
The travel between parks eats up time for a 5 day trip UNLESS I was staying at a monorail resort or one of the Epcot resorts.
Five day trip and only four parks - I don't see the value.

Is it worth spending a day to go to Montego Bay or Ochos Rios? Anything really worthwile doing in either of these places that we can't do in Negril? We are trying to determine the length of our trip, and still haven't decided between Negril or St. Lucia...

Granted, I have never stayed in Mobay or Ocho Rios so my time there was limited to a full day or so, but it... .
There isn't really a lot else to do in Ocho Rios, at least for a day trip.
But packed with tourists and not worth the time, IMO.

Akumal is about half hour ride....
Coz is beautiful but if you're only here for a weekend I would not spend all that time ferrying over there, then buying a taxi to and from your destination .
Akumal would be easier, faster and cheaper than going over to Coz .

I did it when I was there in '08 and going the balloon trip while in Goreme....
Worth doing for sure.
We booked when we got there without any trouble forward with the balloon's direction .
The extra 30 minutes or so is really worth it.
