It really bugs me when people that don't want to bother learning an instrument, or can't sing well, try to write songs. I know music should be for everyone, but I find it stupid when people that just see music as something that's fun to listen to try ...

Need help writing songs!
Alright so im pretty good with chords and that yet i have trouble writing lyrics or a title to a song and it really bugs me so does anyone have any helpful tips or anything?

Which songs did jack Sherman write?
I know Sherman wrote the majority of the album, but my album just lists 'the red hot chili peppers' as the songwriters. On the internet I find all kinds of different results, so I decided to ask it here: which songs...

Is it common or uncommon for a guitar layer to have no desire to write songs? I mean maybe you liek to make a nice chord progression or guitar lead type song.
But no interest in writing words/lyrics. Is this very common?

Who here plays an instrument? Anyone ever tried writing songs? I've been playing guitar since I was 15 or so, but I am not as good as I could or should be at this point. I haven't played with any consistency for the last 10 years, but I still love it....

I've always wanted to try to write songs, but I get overwhelmed pretty quickly when, liked one of my songs....
Always sounded like some song that already bothering neighbors.
Coming up with my own songs was nearly impossible.

My approach to writing is just to play what ever chords my fingers land on and if they hit a nerve I will just start singing out some random words with some random melody and then pile what ever feels right on top. I really love my method as it makes ...

My favorite way to write music is while and then written from it or had the....
From it or had the title generate at the exact same time as the music, but to write purely from a title was one of the few things that had never "happened" to me.
