How can I maintain consistency in my writing quality when writing a story? I often find that I start off writing with flowy, descriptive words but later on it becomes choppy and lazy sounding.

The premise is simple. I write the first line of the story and the next poster writes a sentence and so on and so forth. I'm expecting great things from this creative group.

I am able to write comedy very well (or at least I am convinced that I can), but whenever I try to write about more serious topics I am never able to do so convincingly. At my very best, I am able to communicate serious messages through the guise of comedy...

Take incidents from your own life and write them down as a story.

So I decided to finally do it and write my story. I don't care if anyone else reads it or not, its really more of a therapeutic venture. anyway, if anyone cares I'll keep you posted on the progress.
