Teaching English. I don't have a job lined up, hence no resident visa. In fact, I don't have a visa
at all, as I understand British nationals don't need one - we can get in with this visa-exemption
if you don't arrive on a residence visa, so don't worry about that bit.Tazuk — you're not wrong about

I noticed that Immigration Officer at the Port of Entry(POE) stamped the passport on my wife's visa
since she doesnt have a B2 visa? Also the I-94 expiry date is mentioned on the passport as March
Visa stamp expiry.

I have been in Japan for almost 180 days now on 2 tourist visas. I was told I would not be allowed
to re-enter on a third tourist visa. My current visa expires Feb 5!!!

The July 2005 Visa Bulletin showing the worldwide EB-3 category
the same math for many years now to go wrong this one time. In any event, even if for arguments sake
unavailbility. Is DOS saying after alotting Visa to EB1 and EB2 , nothing is available for EB3. before

I have a valid B1 Visa Stamped, I want to apply to get a J1 Visa. If J1 application was denied
That will depend on the consul.
