It's not a common model sold or used in North America .
Never heard of Genx.
Does your scanner have an FCC ID #? If so, you need to post it .

If you own a legit copy of Windows XP install disk, you already have these files as they come on every Windows XP install disk and are also available I installed Windows XP.
Or distribution of Microsoft copyrighted files.

And "ROL-***21010000" doesn't appear to be a valid fcc id number .

I have a problem with my new USB disk/drive. When I connect it to my laptop with Windows XP SP2 it takes about 4-5min until Windows recognized it and show it as a new drive. I can also see (disk's LED is blinking) that something is scanning...
