You can play xbox games on both the regular xbox and the xbox 360, but close enough....
You can play xbox 360 games on the 360 only.
xbox 360 is the newer one it has better graphics and more power.
It's 360 times better.

Like the title says I have a problematic Xbox 360 slim. This has a problematic disc drive in it. I dont think anything else is wrong but can guarantee. It does not like to read any discs. The xbox has been opened as shown in the pics and so has the disc...

Major Nelson has just announced that this years Xbox E3 also known as Xbox: Entertainment Evolved will be available to watch live on your Xbox through Xbox LIVE.
No other information is given as of yet, but I suspect it will be accessed via the Live Event...

Is it not possible to connect to Xbox live anymore with the original xbox? I have one I haven't used in forever and tried to connect to live with it but it won't.
Just wondering since they ceased all support with it that it won't be able to get on live...

I would advise contacting ....
In the end I had to replace the drive.
After talking with the folks at xbox support, they determined that my xbox's disc drive had died, and needed to be replaced.
Read correctly I've had this problem before.

On top of what you already pay for xbox will now soon be making you watch 30 second adds while on xbox live. if this upsets you REPOST THIS so that microsoft will not do this to its customers

Games that I have successfully played....
However, you are able to play most original Xbox games on the Xbox 360, but you cannot be signed into Xbox live during this time.
You cannot play Xbox 360 games on the orginal Xbox.
