What are some software packages available to provide 90% of the avatar functionality for my games? My favorite is xbox's Avatar system (but I want it in my PC games).
I need the ability to customize the looks of a person (body, clothes, etc...).

The November XDK (Xbox Developer Kit) contains an avatar API, but it's ....
To make a game which uses XBox' avatars there's an SDK/API for that provided by Microsoft but as far as I know, none exist as a ready-to-use package.

Transfer content from one account on Xbox to the other? Content from my previous account, such as avatar clothing and DLC, yeah... How do I transfer that to my new account?

There are licenses for bought content.....
You should be able to do that if you contactYou cannot transfer avatar clothing or any other DLC from one account to another.
Was purchased on that 360, but not avatar clothes.

I do agree they are overpriced but you gotta love the cog armour you get to buy .
