Do you have any slightly "different" neighbours that do things that baffle you
A neighbour who lives behind me has just put some Christmas lights up on the side wall of his garage. Very bright and flashing on and off and lighting up the back of his house...

In their house are usually off before 11:00pm, including the Xmas lights.

Those those of us (I'm sure increasing in numbers) that are always plugged in (ipod...) -- where having to unplug for races to hear the starting beep is a difficult transition :)
