I have Yaesu radios in my shack that are older than I am and they work well.
Yaesu makes a wonderful product and they will usually last a long time.
Loves his radio too.

I have been searchng for either the battery lead (Pt No. E736) or for the plug (see attached photo of the socket) for a Yaesu FT736.
None of the usual suppliers seem to be able to assist, so can anyone here help or suggest a source please?

Ive had this tiny radio tranceiver from new and is small and robust,it covers alot,marine band hf am fm.
ive noticed that on its rubber antenna it puls in ok,however when it goes on ,say a watson 2 mtr antenna it seems to pull in lots of crap.ive got ...
