If he didn't like the 11% interest rate why did he agree to the mortgage? If the mortgage is too much for him, maybe he should accept that he cannot afford that house and move to something... .
If he couldn't afford the mortgage he shouldn't have taken it out .

Our next door neighbors lost their 26 year old son last night in a car accident. Details are still pretty sketchy. Kyle leaves behind a wife and young daughter. Please keep them in your prayers. They are very good people.
