Both age groups are learning important foundational skills with when they move on to the 4 ....
The teachers of the 4 year old groups probably think of the other teachers as more on the level groups which were all 4 year olds.

I did Starbucks gift cards for Xmas and Teacher Appreciation week next week.

We almost always have, and my MIL is a teacher she gets lots of stuff from her students at the end of the year.
Common at our school, especially when you really liked the teacher and your child learned a lot.

For teacher appreciation day I got pretty note paper and pen, put into gift bag with hershey hugs and a note that said hugs for a great teacher.
I know they buy it all out if pocket.
