As someone who sticks religiously to the limits it will make a big difference to my journey times, but perhaps a similar system to over the channel with lower speed limits enforced in poor weather .

Just drove on the highway for 45 miles. I did some 55 mph and the rest 75 mph. If I did 55 mph the whole way, I'll bet I'd get in the low 20s easy!

Explain how I was .2 shy by doing 20 miles @ 65 mph, 10 miles @ 55 mph and 15 miles @ 75 mph then? they average....
I didn't pay GG on my '04 since it was new and a half year production cycle, it's not happening.

The speed limit was introduced for fuel saving reasons and cars are now much safer than 40 years ago, so why is it still with us for empty roads in good conditions? Should we not have a fuel based limit, where the more economical your car, the faster ...

You should really look into the requirements for the PA schools and MPH schools (and combined evaluate what your career goals are when you are determining if a PA and/or MPH degree aligns best.

year MPH degrees are questionable....either they are European or are for folks who already did an MD this, not because I ultimately want to do all three, but because 1 year for an MPH is a relatively small investment MD-PhD....

100 isnt far off from that.
To 85 mph on the freeway without any problems.
