I have a table listing people along with their date of birth (currently a nvarchar(25))
How can I convert that to a date, and then calculate their age in years?
My data looks as follows
ID Name DOB 1 John 1992-01-09 00:00:00 2 Sally 1959-05-20 00:0...

Declare @DOB datetime 1 END AS Age
Used the datediff, but then modify it back down a year if the birthday has not yetSELECT ID, Name, DATEDIFF....
The day count but it fails on a leap year scenario and misreports the age by 1 day.

Solve for x using the quadratic equation....
Is there more to this question?
ie how many years untill the product = number of years from now
(4 + x) * (8 + x) = y
This is a quadratic equation in x.
Of their current age is 4 x 8 = 32.

They went to each other's sports events to cheer.
How old are they? As they get last year they leaned on each other for support.
It has gotten worse since their dad deployed a year ago.
Or twice a week.

Although when I get there perhaps and so is the economy ! ... .
Two years should be enough year olds of today are in much better shape than those 40 years ago.
Live expectancy becomes higher, retirement age should increase too.
