This is not on my Civic BTW (it's the Mrs Focus), but how do you remove the yellowing/fogging from the outside of the headlights?, it's actually affecting the light output now. Can it just be T Cut out?, or are the headlights ****ed?

Hi i have noticed the headlight glasses on my 33 gtst are quite yellowed and dull looking, has anyone got a fix for this? can they be cleaned up if lens removed or is it a new set of headlights to cure it? thanks all!

I cleaned the outside of my headlights which improved them a lot but they were also yellow on the inside as well as tinting windows, some before and after shots.

I've always wanted HID but I am somewhat disappointed with the Camaro's lights. They don't seem much less yellow than halogens and esp. when driving near other cars with HID (MB, BMW, Audi, etc.) their lights are distinctly brighter and more blue/white...

Im going to have to replace it soonmine definitely dont seem yellow to me.
headlight turned pink im now driving with pink and blue headlights.

My stockers are yellow. I can get a restore kit, buy new ones, get eBay (depo) headlights, or go one piece. My lowers and turn signals look fine,nso I think I just need the headlight. Not goin to run hid or anything fancy.

You can wetsand and clear the stock headlights if you'd like to save the headlights are ten years old I'm stuck between the depos and restore kit- Will try the restore, then spray on some clear coat to help them....

Hi,
I have a pair of 997 cup Grand Am headlights in decent shape. Yellow protective Grand Am GT plastic covers are stuck on. They are peeling a bit on the edges but a heat gun will get them back on again, or remove the yellow covers. But they look cool...

Replacing yellow halogen bulbs in headlights with white halogen bulbs I have been doing some research on this and it looks like it is a big no-no to use HID bulbs in a halogen housing due to the way HID bulbs project light versus halogen bulbs... people...

They also suck and blow out in 3-6 months.
Blue tinted bulbs will give less light.

Anyone here run with yellow headlight bulbs? I see them on a few cars but I'm not sure how legal it is. Also, what's the output like on them from a driver's perspective? I read something that they are optimal for snow.
I only ask because I usually run...
