Yellow Crusties/Ticks/& Goopy skin in Mane and Tail? I recentley noticed some very large and yellow crusty patches imbedded in my horses main and in her tail bone. Sometimes there are ticks..at the very bottom of her tail bone is some very sappy goopy looking infection. I washed her tail and main real good...
