I do deadlifts already and I'm about to incorporate front squats into my routine.
Will my glutes get bigger?

Thats the only reason heYes front squats will work your glutes to some degree but not as much as back squats will.
He doesnt have a squat rack tho..
Not both though.
Of the workouts with front squats.

Thought id try something different and try front squats instead of regular yesterday. i just could not do them!! read up on the different techniques, but couldnt get the bar to sit right. i even tried with a real low weight but the bar just wanted to ...

If for some reason at the end a squat rack so I've been picking the weight up from the floor, getting over my head and onto my to be used as a squat....
You can also look into zercher squats and hack squats.
No big deal.

Would it be legal if someone front squatted the weight? I'm just curious about this. I know it would not be the way to lift the most weight possible, but, I see no specific reason why this would break any rules.
It seems like it would be akin to doing...

So, I still do them? My hip mobility/flexibility is crap. When I go to do them my back rounds, cuz I lean forward.

Right now, I'm replacing squats with BB reverse lunges forward on.
I will do some hip mobility excercises.
Hip mobility is usually more of an issue in hitting proper depth in squats.
Will prevent that.

zercher squats en een nieuwe gym zoeken =) had vroeger hetzelfde probleem Kunt inderdaad vragen om een squatrek (niet geschoten is altijd mis)

Problem is, there is no squat rack in my gym. Can't switch gym so which exercise would be better at replacing squat? I read the squat machine isn't as good as it looks. Or is there any way to do squats starting from the ground? Thanks!

Front squats, like clean/squat/squat/squat/reset/repeat
and yes, use the leg press machines the squat machine isn't as good as it looks.

I have a log, but most people don't respond much anymore. And i think this training forum would likely get more of a response. There are 2 routines that im thinking of doing. But im not sure which one to go for..
