Just installed quickbooks and setting up the online banking. My bank balance shows zero but it saw my first deposit and transferred that no problem. How can i correct this? QB support says its a bank issue and my bank cant figure it out either...

I have two mastercards tescos and Rbs both have a zero balance on them each with a credit limit of £3500, is it better to keep these unused with a zero balance on them both to improve my credit rating or ditch them?
