My sprained ankle has me finally considering buying a pair of tall boots w/ zips. Ariats have always fit me the best, so I'm thinking of a pair of either the Monaco's (on sale for $499...) or the Heritage field boot. Anyone have an opinion on either one...

Zipper broke when I put them on a month ago.
Be sure to keep the zippers for showing.
I have Ariat zipper field boots, not sure which model, but I love them.

Just wondering if anyone's added a zipper to their bag cover. I started using the Ross Canister system a few weeks ago (works awesome btw) but it's become somewhat of an inconvenience to have to shimmy the bag cover up and down to remove the canister ...

Likely I would put the zipper foot on my serger, and rock it out into the cover and if you need to get into the zipper on the bagpipe bag anytime you just open zip small neat zipper it would be fine.
