I've never made a dessert with zucchini but I've been wanting to try it.
I make a zucchin bread with chocolate chips "healthy" I use a similar recipe; delicious and moist.

Well, it's that time of year...
I have more zucchinis than I know what to do with once again.
The poultry and neighbour's pigs are happy about it of course, but I
struggle to come up with *new* ways to use them in the kitchen.

Hello!
I have a veggie patch going out of control with cucumbers and zucchinis.
I welcome any recipes for pickles or chutneys to keep them well into the rest of the year (and maybe even pass for belated gifts!)

Serve cool or warm, with butter or cream cheese.
Larger ones Zucchini Bread is a great way of using leftover zucchini, or you could cook and puree.

Since its raining here thought I'....
I use zucchini's in lots of recipes Zucchini Slices, had one for dinner with a salad and froze the other one in portions for lunch at work.
Add them to a Spanish omelette.
Them and use them in a quiche.

Does anybody have a good way to fry zucchini. I tried it for the first time last night, but the bread crumbs dont cover well. How do they get them completely covered at restaurants? I used egg and then bread crumbs and fried it in olive oil

I season the bread crumbs, salt & pepper.
I dredge in flour first, then egg, then panko bread crumbs.
Sometimes dipping anything in egg.
I'm not sure but it might just be dipping it in egg then bread.
