Please can anyone tell me if the above car can run on 50% centrifuged veg oil and 50% diesel? or even a twin tank with pre-heater?

I have a 1998 Audi A3 1.6, which i drive approximately 100 miles per day. Recently its started to overheat & lose coolant when i drive over 70mph (which is about 10 mph slower than the rest of the roads on which i drive).
I've had the car serviced regularly...
