I hope you *exercise* while watching fat people lose weight! Most of the stuff on TV these days I wouldn't sit still for, but to each his own.

Congratulations....
I did 10 mile practice Avon that exercise paid off.
Once I stop working late I'll be adding on more exercise to my routine.
Same routine, now finally back in my basement--which is now an exercise room of awesome.
And painting.
