I see all these commercials for Diet and/or Exercise. Some have the diet where you would buy all
this food for $10.00 a day.
Then its the commercials for exercise. There is the abs commercials
beginning an exercise program. The reason is that exercise builds muscle, and muscle weighs more than
starting my weight loss plan (diet/exercise).. need feedback pls :)
