The pickups in without a pickup ring, you can can just mount the pickups on a stable piece of material like close to your guitar finish to cover it up.

No,dont reuse your rings.
People seem to have good luck re-gapping them though, but I don't know much about it.
As far as ring gaps, I left my turbo 5.3 at the stock gap.

I got the ring at 20-30, got 2 necks not so bad on low twink..
3- I don't see this neck on 4 slots, But that's not a good neck, so it will stay cheaper than other real uniques for sure .
The question, normaly 4/4 slot will stay 4/4 lol.
