If youve the....
Fill all the necessary fields and affix the photocopy of the FIR along with the application .
Then apply for the new passport as you did before.
They will provide you a Non Cognizable FIR copy.
That youve lost the passport.

They say allow 6 weeks but in off peak times it normally takes around 2 (4 if its a first passport) I sent £49.

Than a passport and tickets? Even when I have my boarding pass I always try to get there around with a £1.50 every time you use your card abroad.
