Suddenly, I am unable to access certain websites and windows diagnostics says my computer is correctly configured, but website is not responding. These are websites I've easily accessed in the past. Any suggestions as to how and correct will be appreciated...

All other websites, including other financial institutions are displayed. I have cleared ssl slate, deleted cookies, reset date and time, disconnected modem, restart... to no avail.

I created a website on my dev machine (Windows 7 RC) and am able to access it from http://localhost/ or http://172.16.0.140/ (my IP) or http://seven/ (computer name).
I can ping my machine from other computer but I can't access the site from other computer...
