I am using a Samsung M-510, not a smart-phone but not a totally dumb-phone either. It has internet access and a browser. I do not get to a mobile verson of POF when I go to the site, so I get an error message and mostly no pictures or half-pictures...

An "unlocked" phone can take a SIM card from any carrier, such as T to be had, especially with people getting multiple cell phones.
