I can only walk or stand for short periods of time, I use a cane but not a wheelchair. Are there passes that would accomodate not having to stand in long lines to see an attraction? Also, are there senior discounts available? If so, what are they and ...

You can askIf walking and standing....
Just ask for a senior on individual attractions as I am usually just passing through London to visit people.
For residents in London or Paris, though some attractions may offer a discount.

Not all of Berlin is 100% accessible But I believe tourist attractions and public.
