My step son is 5 years old.. (fully potty trained except overnight since age 4) He was doing really good with potty training wasnt peeing in his bed or anything for a good two months. Then about a month ago he started peeing every morning in his bed.....

Cars do not have accidents....
So, to reduce accidents, make the test harder and introduce five there will always be some accidents and the level we have now is just about it for the technology we have.
Contributory factors if you look them up.

There have been a few discussions on this and other forums concerning the use and misuse of foglights.
However, a survey by Swiftcover suggests that they are the cause or a contributing factor of 300,000 accidents PER YEAR!.

If a child (about to be 4 in a few weeks) that has been potty trained for almost 2 years, hasn't had an accident in probably about a yeart at least, starts having frequent accidents... what would you think? New act of defiance? testing new boundaries?...
