What's everyone's take on this?
Is it better to have multiple accounts for different types of correspondence (i.e. a business address, a family/personal address, an ebay address, a spam address, etc) and go through the hassle of juggling multiple accounts...

I do not like giving my email to everyone....
I like to split things up and keep things organized .
FinallyI do the multiple account setup.
That cannot be simply forwarded over, I just add them to my Gmail account as POP3 or IMAP accounts.

Using Outlook 2007, can I share a single Outlook profile over all the user accounts accessing one computer ? How about sharing the same outlook configuration ?

This is only feasible if only one account is logged in at any given time or you have a fool proof way to make sure that no two accounts can run Outlook at the same.
With a web-based server, for example Gmail.

Cause when you retrieve the password it will come into the mailbox of the e-mail registered to the account not to the e of the E-mail you want....
The account if you only have the Account name + SQA and the e-mail it's registered to....

Many of us have mulitple email accounts, something like one Gmail account, one Yahoo account, one Hotmail account, one anti-spam account, and then a separate work related or company provided account.

If they do, I generally setup my account through a local desktop application like Thunderbird.
I then use the label system.
I retrieve all my accounts into Gmail using the built in POP3 access.
