Used Clean install on only one Computer an Acer Desktop have.
Or more years We uninstalled Windows Vista on my Dell Inspiron 1720 at the suggestion of Microsoft Vista Notebooks and Desktop the same way.

I never even noticed that my computer never updated from Service Pack 1 to SP2 till a game I wanted to play wouldn't allow me to play unless I had SP2. I checked automatic updates and apparently it's failed to update to SP2 on at least 10 attempts. All...

i have an acer laptop aspire5738G Just install it & use it.
windows and linux alongside each other! You don't need to download wubi, it's built into Ubuntu.
