Just, that's an impressive choice.
Nitric acid is about 70% and at that concentration it is a pretty significant health hazard.

This is my latest theory anyway. When I eat ic friendly (skipping my oj and coffee), I get constipated. When I add the oj and coffee I can go, but get bladder pain.
I've tried flax seed, lactulose and colace.
Any ideas? (low acid OJ doesn't do it)

I've been thinking about taking folic acid [with iron in it] and multivitamin pills just for the sake of health-benefits from these two.
Anyone has ever tried this combination?

I've never taken folic acid....
If this then it is also better both.
Because vitamins and Folic acid general use for hair growth.
I would just take a prenatal vitamin instead- basically a multivitamin, but with extra folic acid this.
