Acorn and Spaghetti Squash What does acorn squash taste like? I have never been able to tolerate butternut whatsoever, but I do like spaghetti squash. Bought one over the weekend and I'm looking for some recipes for that. I already went thru the IOTW thread and there weren't too... I think Spaghetti Squash is the wonder-food - Page 2 I often cook winter squashes and my bg does very well with them. I like to cube butternut squash and roast it with som spices and then puree it like mashed potatoes. It is such a comfort food and my bgs are usually lower than 100. The same with Acorn ...
