Its grain handling, storage, and drying mainly that's my problem .

The CFPB (since they now control RESPA....
The "masses" based that opinion on unoffical communications from HUD .
According to the masses on here, if your total acreage is more than 25, RESPA will not apply...even though it's not all together or contiguous .

I ran one for a guy who cleared 88 acres of pines all about 12'' at the stump i think it took about 20 -30seconds per stump Originally....
Our company just cleared about three acres of spruce and pine long.
