1 can i use flakes, in acrylic paint?

Overpainting oils with acrylcs causes lack of adhesion because oil paint does not actually "dry.

Painted my boot with acrylic metallic. It turned out very orange peeley.
My method was:
-Primer+Filler
Wait a week
-Sand down Glassy
-Paint with Metallic Colour coat
Wait a week
(NO sanding before clear)
-Paint with clear coat
This is where I stand now...

Acrylic is fantastic doing this.
Cut clear wet with 1200 then buff
I find Acrylic to cut the peel off, tack rag it then clear coat again.
Smooth you want it
Then paint base coat
Then Clear .

We are moving across the country. I was told by our moving company that they will not take acrylic paints or liquid inks. Ugh! So, now I have to mail them. I know I have ordered most of these online and they come in a regular USPS priority mail box but...

I just placed each container of paint and/or glimmer mist in it's own ziploc bag.
