Most colleges require either the SAT or the ACT. In addition, it is generally recommended that a person take both tests and to send the higher score.
My question is, if I already have a pretty high SAT score, should I still take the ACT? I probably will...

You don't need to take another SAT.
With a 2360 SAT score in-hand, I wouldn't bother taking another SAT or ACT for the rest of my high need the ACT.

I have been preparing mainly for the SAT but decided to take the Febrauary ACT. I was wondering if there is anything different to prepare for the SAT vs the ACT. Are writing, reading, and math generally the same? Are they any harder or easier? Any advice...

On the science section, look at the question! It wastes a lot of time .
Also, don't forget that, unlike the SAT, the ACT will not penalize you for wrong answers, which for the SAT, the ACT won't give you too much problem.

Daughter is a Freshman and is currently in Algebra 2 honors with a fairly strong background in math for this area. She took ACT as a 7th grader, SAT 8th grade and PSAT this year so she knows the test formats. Next year she will take pre-calculus honors...

SAT SAT in mid-Junior....
I would recommend a practice test first to gauge her score, then real SAT.
Earlier is better so she can improve over time and up her score .
SAT/ACT should be taken whenever she wants to take it.

Hmm....
A 23 on the ACT is just below 2/3 on the SAT.
I'd say the SAT score is better, but not by a huge margin.
I would give colleges your SAT score.
ACT is just below average, while the SAT is just above average.

Found this book at Barnes & Noble a while ago.
I must ask, do you think if used correctly, Twilight could be used for more then starting fires and keeping ones bum clean?

I only took the SAT, and I think more colleges look at SAT scores than ACT scores..

That is awesome she is taking Her Act in her Junior year and 29 is a great score!! My daughter is graduating this year also has taken the ACT....
ACT was The real ACT study guide.
She used College Board for SAT.
Teacher also.
