You can receive Disney Channel audition....
They will only ask for a percentage of what you make .
Also, remember that a legitimate talent agent will not cost you anything .
Ask your director at school if they know anything.
Search on the web for talent agents.

The XmlSerializer will only serialize.
See the accepted answer to one of my own questions (Ignore the question itself as it misses the point completely).
However personally I prefer the DataContract way.
