True, I would think that the business RIM would lose if their servers were down frequently would vastly outweigh any suits against them. Might be enough to bankrupt the company before any suit could be finalized, actually. source

I only know that my roommate had an interview, was told that even with his criminal past he would get the job with Target, but then some workforce people got involved and the next thing he knew he got a nasty letter from Target and no job. He got the letter that y'all got and he asked me to check the website. I tried to go there but only got two hits and one was this site. So I am posting this and wondering if anyone has any real and pertinent data... source

Over the years, we have invested in several mutual funds that buy and sell stocks. So now, we get a lot of legal notices of class action lawsuits. So far, I have never gotten anything from any of these class action lawsuits. I think only the lawyers are getting fat from these lawsuits. I wonder if anyone on here have ever received anything as a result of one of the lawsuits. source

I don't ever claim to be middle class, because I'm not. People don't normally ask me what my class is, but I freely admit that I am poor. source
