I have a new AT&T sim card. I want to activate prepaid but i dont need a phone. How do i activate just the sim card so i can use it with the at&t phone i have? I tried to do the prepaid activation but i keep getting error. Cant find a number for activations...

This is what my Prime shows when I access the page. I have called multiple times to multiple reps. When I go to comcast.com/activate I do not see my cable card listed either.

I believe you need to format the card (while it is in the DS) and tell the DS to actually save have to set the default ....
