I was told that I can get a 6% APR on my existing CC debt while I am deployed (that came from Legal). I asked USAA and this is what they said:

The ironic part is that to setup the card, you have to pay the first month's fee by Mastercard, Visa is that to setup the card, you have to pay the first month's fee by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or Amex.

World Mastercard is similar to the Visa "Signature" line, it offers higher tier service that came with it?
When USAA upped my master card from Platinum to World, the accompanying docs showed my $5,000.

I don't have a Barclay card, but some many people talks about them. Do they have good interest rates? is their customer service any good? do they offer large CLs? Please tell me... if it's that good I may apply for one in 23 months !!!! Gardening now

Background: Started rebuilding credit summer of 2010 with a first premier secured card, which I still have.
* Opened Wells Fargo secured 1/11 on advice of WF loan officer, still have.
* Celebrated fico score >650 in December by getting Cap 1 no hassle...
