I think the Fage is 9.
Carb yogurt I have found is the Trader Joes Greek yogurt and that is 7 per cup.

Maybe it's that the live active cultures in the yogurt break down the part that your LO is allergic to? I don't know but my YDD has a milk allergy but can process yogurt fine.

Yogurt has active cultures that hold off if the yogurt was sealed, but when it comes to dairy, when in doubt, throw it out.
You would have to throw away (such as milk) after 2 hours .
