To DVR to the internet via the ethernret cable..
now the manual says i must enter my IP address
on the network im connected to, it says my ip address is 192.167.x.x
why do i get to different
, and cameras hooked up to the dvr.
in the menu in the dvr it automatically shows the ip address...

I assume that we need a static IP address to allow us
security system 'beefed up' to allow us the option of checking both the DVR footage and live pictures via
use a USB dongle to get broadband on your laptopIt is possible that you may need a static IP

Me there is a conflict with dvr 1.
i am using two differant ip addresses for both dvr's. i set...
i am trying connect a second dvr though my dvr in living room,

I want to develop a DVR software which will control Ip camera or DVR connected with the LAN
or DVR connected to it.

From the DVRs. Under Server Properties, the DVRs are listed but without IP addresses. The DVRs can't see
the DVRs using https://<ip-address>.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
(Note: I'm running Windows XP
the IP address that Desktop is using. That address has to be on the same network as your DVR...

Default settings
Before you start you need to determine two non conflictig IP addresses on the subnet
and set it to obtain an IP address automatically (if you have previously disabled the DHCP server

and both DVR's set to DHCP, but I reconfig'd (and rebooted) them to static IP's, all on the same flat

To connect to an IP address. I am using the wired Ethernet for the connection, not wireless. I do
folks had me change my standard ip address startup (gateway) to 10.10.10.1. All of my other computers
For a 10.x.x.x address the subnet would be 255.0.0.0
For a 192.x.x.x the subnet would be 255.255.255.0I

Ok i'm trying to connect to a remote machine (CCTV recorder). I have obtained a static IP
from eircom. It was given in the format 1.2.3.4/32, based on this does anybody know what address i can assign
