A reasonable format for storing addresses compare the way US and Japanese addresses work, you'll see that it's not possible.
A single table containing all fields and one address per row.

In general, Local Address is the IP Address/hostname of the network interface on which the connection is made.

The subjects says it almost all. I'd like to get netbios name, ip and mac addresses for every host on the LAN, preferably not having to walk to every single PC and take note of the stuff myself.

If you are using an address people are, as you said, the address and possibly a home phone number.
People's individual information are commonly their mobile and email.

It's simple you asked, it reminded me you could use Dns to resolve the hostnames of all those addresses.
addresses that are valid for the interface network mask, and ping them asynchronously.
