You could write a script to migrate them, buy a third-party tool, or use something like LDIFDE or CSVDE .
Unfortunately, ADMT doesn't do contacts.

So first we need to run PrepareMoveRequest script first and then ADMT PrepareMoveRequest script first and then ADMT.
