Why do applets have such a low adoption level, compared for example against Flash ? Is it because they are technological disadvantages, or is it just an issue of popularity?

Has anyone received their adoption credit for 2011 adoption for this tax season? We claimed the adoption credit for the 2011 tax year and after 9 weeks they put our entire tax refund on hold and said give them 45 days. Well 45 days have come and gone ...

For Northern not all TOCs will have a station....
As for which station to adopt with the TOC who operates the system (note not all TOCs will have a station adoption scheme).

Can you give your baby up for adoption AFTER youve had it? if your having a baby and decided right after giving birth that you cany handle a baby could you give it up for adoption still? or are you just stuck with the thing?

Nobody can adopt any baby until AFTER he/she is born sake that's a great thing.
Unborn children can't be adopted.

We started classes and paperwork for a domestic adoption through state programs it goes.
I will say that KS adoption family.
But that was for international.
With the cash in them at the time....

Understandably the Ribbon UI doesn't suit every application, or even most of them, however I'm suprised so few developers have chosen to adopt it. Any ideas why?
How much work would be involved for a fairly major application to get the new UI?

I think it stems from the fact that most users still use Microsoft Office... .
If you're thinking about adopting the ribbon UI in a production commercial application, I would recommend to look for third party components instead of developing your own.

It is the mothers choice whether to put the child up for adoption or not.
