Hi, I'm thinking of moving to ADSL24, perhaps on the Office-45
package. I can see that they do free migrations, but I would be taking
their service on a different phone line...

I tried when my excahnge was upgraded to WBC/Adsl2+.

what was a cheaper package, ADSL2+, only now it's about the same as
the old ADSL prices only we don't have any choices any...

ADSL24 still by BT, so I had to ask Adsl24....
ADSL24 great is off peak on the new packages where only midnight to
8am was off peak on the old ADSL2+.
Them due to the outstanding poor
service gien by Entanet in widely varying speeds .

As above really, I currently have sky hd, but have just found out my local exchange is now sky LLU enabled.All the packages I see have sky talk bundled with them, but as I am tied in to a bt phone contract I would just like broadband unlimited to go with...

The changeover can also be done anytime over day so it could happen during the middle of... .
You can have broadband without Sky Talk and as for any downtime there might be a little bit when the changeover is done but it might be as little as a few minutes .

Having read about Primus in the MSE email recently I'm strongly considering moving to them from BT. ALL I want is cheap line rental - the only reason I have a landline is for internet access - which I use a lot. Call charges don't matter.

Thanks for all the advice everyone, but Primus would have been half price .
That said, Primus line rental should work with ADSL24.
