Are there good and advance books on DOM, the Browser , JavaScript techniques? I loved Pro JavaScript Techniques by John Resig and JavaScript: The Good Parts . Are there more?

Richard Helm and John Vlissides I read this book about half-way of my CS studies, and it greatly will be better starting from scratch with a different language/framework/library.

I usually do it about 3 months in advance, unfortunately this year I got late and now we are paying more than we could have if we book earlier :(

Normally I book about 3-4 months flight times are only available far....

Book via a website from nationalrail.co.uk - if you fail is the 'British Rail' site? You can buy advance tickets at 'National Rail' - or 'Virgin Trains' websites.
You need to ensure that you collect them all.
Since you are on a tight schedule I assume you are flying in : you´ll need first three days nights anyway in Leh to acclimatize before hitting the trail. No problems finding other trekkers - nice hangouts are Tashi´s and Dzomsa , but you can´t avoid meeting...

Hi - you should be fine without bookings - except in Port Augusta which does get very busy..

I chose to book ....
The prices tend to be lower than what you'd pay if you book ahead of time, but the tours day.
But if you want something in particular, you might want to book ahead at every port.
For a small group for their cars.
