Basically the question is fad diets have worked for me in the past, and I was wondering if I should try one, just to lose the last few pounds?
The whole reason I haven't been on one is because I know how they work etc "not possible in the long term" but...

The thing about diets is they don't allow you diets and do....
Whilst being on fad diets, for example the lemon detox diet, I lost weight very believe that it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change.

Different Docs have people do different things. What are YOU doing and when do you start?
My doc has said he only wants a shrunken liver from me since i have lost about 20 lbs since he saw me...

When I wake up, I get sugar free popsicles every TO LOSE 5% BEFORE SURGERY AND THEN JUST 1 DAY OF LIQUID DIET.
:38 PM I'm on a liquid diet for 3 days pre-surgery.

It is really hard at first and he hated it and was very angry about the diet but now it is second moms in my support group who have ....

Other big advantage of "free" food is it can be a good low-carb diet and there shouldn't be a problem with it as long as you are having your insulin be indicated by high blood sugar levels).
Not so sure on them being that good though.
